This site is run by a few Sun City Oro Valley homeowners. It is not an official site of the HOA or the Board of Directors.

The Board is getting ready to ask owners to approve spending for the Community Spaces Initiative, which starts with the Copper Center build-out and then moves on to the Artisan Center, Welcome Center, and Cart Barn. The Board has made its case in newsletters, meetings, and the President's Statement. This site covers the questions those leave out, like what the whole plan will cost, what gets put off while it's built, and whether anyone looked at cheaper options.

Most of what's posted here comes straight from the association's own newsletters, meeting recordings, and records. When the Board is quoted, it's word for word, so you can check it yourself.

This isn't about the clubs or the people in them. It's about the money, and about owners having the full picture before they vote.
